Cool experience on Haunted Mansion

Just got back from WDW yesterday and while the trip was full of magic moments there was one in particular that I thought cute enough to mention. My 9 y.o. daughter was wearing her birthday pin and she was all dressed up from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique that morning. As we got to the first door into HM the CM cut off the line. He was, of course in typical HM character and told everyone in that dry, evil voice "no more body's" and glanced down at her birthday pin as he was closing the door. Then he said in a serious, stern voice "And I will not return to open this door until every one of you have sang happy birthday to Princess Chloe. And I'm dead serious". Then as he closed the door the whole crown sang happy birthday to her. Probably seems insignificant, but to us - and her - it was a really cool moment. Great CM! In fact I have to say the whole trip was full of really great CM's. Can't remember a single rude or negative one the entire trip.

Universal Orlando and other Parks are really nice,but I just can't "picture" something like that happening anywhere but WDW.

You may want to write WDW and let them know how special this was for you so that the Cast Member can receive some recognition.

Just note the date and time of day and they should be able to determine the CM working the door at that time(if you don't have their name).
