"Cool burst" pills...

WTH is the point? I don't like it. I find the sensation very odd and annoying. Why is this a "feature" of my medecine?

I had some of this stuff a few days ago. I really didn't care for it. It left kind of an after-taste, or maybe I just have reflux. Really not what I wanted to taste all afternoon.

And a weird tingly coolness in my throat.

I just took some Tylenol sinus somethings that have it. I seriously don't understand the purpose, even after reading the box.
