Cooks - Help - Tiramisu

Help! I am making Tiramisu for Easter dessert! I have so much to do I am trying to get as much done tonight as I can. The recipe says to chill for 2-4 hours....but

Can I chill it overnight or will it get too soggy? (We are eating at about 1pm.

Most tiramisu recipes I have seen say to chill for AT LEAST 3 hours or overnight, so you should be fine.
