Its so easy, I couldn't imagine making it any other way aside from throwing it on the grill!! You place the unpeeled ears of corn directly on the rack of a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Foolproof and yummy! And the corn peels easier to me after its cooked.

I ended up boiling them for about 10 minutes and they were delicious! First corn of the season in my area. I never tried roasting corn in the oven, but have done it on the BBQ.
