Is there any rule of thumb for baking when you double a recipe?? DH and I are making two casseroles, one with butternut squash and the other with corn/rice/sour cream/onion/cheese. We are doubling the recipes and wonder how much longer we need to bake them?

We had the squash casserole in there about 15 extra minutes and it's a little brown, but will be good. Thanks!
