Cooking Experience at HHI

I was thinking I read something about a cooking experience at HHI. I can't find anything now though. Does anyone know if this even exists? If so, has anyone done it? What is it all about? TIA!

I know there's a wine and (I think now they added) appetizers. When we did it last year, it was just wine, but the CM who hosted it, Gordon, mentioned the possible addition of appetizers. I can say that Gordon is a chef, and years ago, he did several cooking demos. If you have the opportunity to do anything with him that involves food and/or drink RUN, don't walk, to sign up. He's an excellent host as well as very talented. Meanwhile you can stop by the Mercantile to visit him, and I'm sure he'd answer any specific questions.

When we were staying at HHI in June, the wine and appetizer demo was listed in the resort activity guide, but when apI tried to sign up for it, the cast member told me it was not being offered. YMMV.
