I need suggestions on a cookbook for allergies...my dd (2) was diagnosed with peanut allergy. I have been looking online at a few and they all get different reviews. Any one have a good one? I am by no means a chef so everyday kid friendly reciepes would be best...or is you have your own peanut free recipe...i'd love it if you'd share! thanks:flower3:

Since this thread is not about WDW, I am going to move it to the disABILITIES Community Board. It will be more on-topic there and will probably get more replies.

I am on a soy, gluten, dairy, egg, and chocolate free diet due to allergies. 100% gluten free and about 98% soy free.

I have my spices, larder and fridge full of allergen free foods and cook normal foods usually. You can make almost anything in a regular recipe book but with out peanuts. The key is the larder and spices. I use olive oil and read online and the labels of all ingredients to find allergen free items. I can take lemon flavouring, lemon pepper spice, and fry up some nice lemon pepper chicken. I do not hae an oven but if I did then I could bake up brownies but with a substitute flour.

Space is not the final frontier but food is so boldly go where no man dare go, the kitchen.:lmao: I hope someone can find you some good books. Also you can try google's book section and see what they have. They also have a recipe database full of recipes but I do not know how to get into that.
