Converting a child NE ticket to adult and FP+

My DS has a child NE ticket (used with days left) which I linked to my MDE and made FP+ selections. He recently turned 10, so this ticket needs to be converted to an adult ticket. In the old days, I would just go to guest services and get a new ticket.

Do I need to do any special so that his FP+ selections are not lost? I would guess his old ticket would become invalid and I would have to enter the new one?

You would do it at the parks, and they would take care of it for you. Best bet is at guest relations.

His Fastpass + selections should not be lost. All the + stuff does is simply store all the information about a person's trip in one place. That root info is there no matter what.

No need to go to Guest Relations either. Any ticket window can do it, and you will not lose your fast passes. You will keep the same ticket, it will just be upgraded to an adult ticket at no cost to you.
