If I have a 3-day park hopper that was bought from a convention would I be allowed to upgrade the convention hopper to an annual pass?

Maybe. Some are upgradeable. Only a scan of the ticket by Guest Relations can tell you if yours is one that can.

When you buy Park Hoppers through Convention services, on the pull down screen where it tells you what sort of tickets you are looking at, you can choose Annual Pass. These passes cost $379 for the Adult regular Annual Pass, while the regular price is $403.64. I don't know if you can upgrade the 3 day pass, but that's a heck of a savings!

I'd be curious to know if anyone has seen a better price for Annual Passes.

$379 is the price before tax. It is the same price listed for annual passes everywhere they are available. $379 * 1.065 = $403.64 (The FL tax on tickets is 6.5% ).

Unless you are a Florida resident or are a member of the military, there are no discounts for new annual or premium annual passes. Haven't been since the demiuse of the Disney Club.

Best wishes -
