Just had to give this a little bump.
I had to call CRO twice today (second time because I'm a doofus, and forgot to make my location request

). My first CM was more than knowledgable, pleasant and made my reservation quicky and efficiently.
My second CM of the day answered the call pleasantly enough, and when I just introduced myself, and asked her 'How are you this evening?' she perked up measurably! She was a peach, entered my 2 requests, and even asked me who DS's favorite character was.........
I think other posters who have alluded to morale problems at CRO are correct. Add that to the sheer volume of calls they take, I think some of the CMs are just plain beated down.
I also want to report, that this afternoon I was connected almost immediately (no hold music at all). This evening, I listened to most of "Yo Ho, Yo Ho a Pirate's Life for Me" and that was it. So the wait times are down too.
