Contrary to all the recent BAD reports about CRO CM's

I caught a CRO rep last week who was in Salt Lake City. I know they've had call centers in other Florida cities, but way out west? Anyone know what other locations they have?

I've called several times in the last few weeks and several more the last few months. I've never had anything but great CMs on the line with me.

I have never had a rude CM. Some may not have been as perky as others but certainly not rude.

Maybe it's just my perspective. I just want the CM to answer any questions I may have (which are few cause I've done my homework first thanks to DIS) and book my ressie. I don't expect them to give me anything extra or be "my best friend".

I also don't make alot of requests. I'm pretty easy when it comes to making a ressie.

Some CM's are chatty - some are not but that's okay with me, they've all been professional and never rude.

I actually just e-mailed disney last week about a great CM I had when I called CRO to put down my deposit. I had made it a New Year's resolution to start reporting great service instead of always lodging complaints. I'm hoping it will result in good karma.

I'm sure that the CM will be acknowledged. Compliments on your service are always WONDERFUL to get.

If I get a cro who is unpleasant, or even a non-responsive one I politely end the call and redial -- this has never failed to get one who is much better. I think the few cranky/non-responsive/non-helpful cro's are outnumbered by the wonderful ones.

Just had to give this a little bump.

I had to call CRO twice today (second time because I'm a doofus, and forgot to make my location request ). My first CM was more than knowledgable, pleasant and made my reservation quicky and efficiently.

My second CM of the day answered the call pleasantly enough, and when I just introduced myself, and asked her 'How are you this evening?' she perked up measurably! She was a peach, entered my 2 requests, and even asked me who DS's favorite character was.........

I think other posters who have alluded to morale problems at CRO are correct. Add that to the sheer volume of calls they take, I think some of the CMs are just plain beated down.

I also want to report, that this afternoon I was connected almost immediately (no hold music at all). This evening, I listened to most of "Yo Ho, Yo Ho a Pirate's Life for Me" and that was it. So the wait times are down too.
