Contract wording

finally got my contract on the subsidized Aulani resale however the sale contract does not state it is subsidized dues- it does state the MF's for 2016 are 5.14 the subsidized rate but nowhere does it state subsidized.

Anyone deal with a similar issue?

Waiting on response- however i trust you guys on here more than her.

Edited- response received - they said that the fact that the MF's are listed as 5.14 is proof the contract is subsidized.
