Contour Pillows

been having a lot of neck & shoulder pain which keeps me up all night & someone told me that a memory foam contour pillow could help greatly. Don't even know where to start , so does anybody use contour pillow & if so can you recommend a good one . Also, do you use the contour pillow by itself or do you use a traditional pillow with it. Thanks for your help

I am curious for my dh.... I use a feather pillow, which is the ultimate in flexibility for my (always) sore neck... I can shake it and readjust it as needed easily....

My husband and I both use one. Got them at Kohl's. Use the pillow by itself.

I bought a memory foam pilllow when I got my new mattress and it has changed my life! It also has a "cool" side which is nice in the summer.

I bought mine at Kohl's too. pretty sure it's this one. says on line only but I bought it in store around New Years; I think I paid between $20-25. Love it.

Funny. I bought mine at Kohl's also and I never shop there. I bought it last year when I had a neck injury and it helped a lot. It was either that or no pillow at all.

i bought a tempurpedic contour pillow over a decade ago and really love it. I am a side sleeper and still have 2 down pillows to hug on each side of me, but the contour pillow is the only one under my head. My ears never hurt anymore.

Have you tried neck exercises? I was having issues until I started to drape my head off the bed and pull my head up like a sit up in order to exercise my upper back and neck. I have much less pain now.
