it did'nt work for diane downs or the menendez brothers so i suspect it won't work for her.

i think the average juror hearing something like this would think "so your dad/brother are vile and dangerous men who sexually abused you AND your mom is equaly vile because she knew and did nothing about it-what does that say about YOUR choice to have your precious daughter LIVE in their home and spend countless days/hours in their unsupervised care. OH WAIT-you had 'nanny zanny' caring for caylee-the nanny you said you found from a co-worker whose son was babysat by her-whose son often was babysat by 'nanny zanny' at the same time caylee was" (guess that explanation will be blown out of the water when the prosecution calls as a witness that former co-worker who says he only knew caylee in passing and not only does'nt know any 'nanny zanny' but HE DOES'NT HAVE ANY CHILDREN.

I'm glad I'm not. I'd probably want to jump over to that woman and throttle her. . .and she's just not worth that kind of trouble.

Well, perhaps those were emabarassed smiles from Casey today, she had to have known how unattractive she looked in that getup and bun in her hair!
The liar that she is....who knows what kind of lie she may attempt to concoct (sp?) to present to the jury for sympathy!

I already feel sorry for the potential jurors....what they will have to sit through.....and what will stay with them forever......and try to compose themselves and not do what the above poster stated!!!

I think she will try something like this. But I don't think it will fly with a normal jury.

WFTV in Orlando reported on the 6 o'clock news that Baez had put a contraband bracelet in with the clothes he took for Casey to wear to court. It was stuck in the toe of a sock and was confiscated when the clothing was inspected as he was going into the jail. A LAWYER trying to sneak something into the jail in a sock???? And, this is totally sickening, it was a " Caylee Forever" bracelet, one of those rubber ones they were selling. It just gets stranger by the minute.

WFTV in Orlando reported on the 6 o'clock news that Baez had put a contraband bracelet in with the clothes he took for Casey to wear to court. It was stuck in the toe of a sock and was confiscated when the clothing was inspected as he was going into the jail. A LAWYER trying to sneak something into the jail in a sock???? And, this is totally sickening, it was a " Caylee Forever" bracelet, one of those rubber ones they were selling. It just gets stranger by the minute.

I saw that report also, and it made me remember this one from October:

Eyewitness News has discovered that on at least two occasions jail staff had to step in and Baez was warned repeatedly about hugging Casey during their visits.

A jail report states: "The inmate's attorney was observed hugging inmate and was advised that physical contact was prohibited."

A week later, another report stated: "Baez again observed hugging his client."

The room Baez and Anthony meet in is very small and typically there is a desk and two chairs.

Sources told Eyewitness News that on one occasion, Anthony was sitting and Baez was very close to her face. A corrections officer had to go into the room to separate them.

"Orange County jail policy forbids any kind of touching between visitors and inmates. Mr. Baez was cooperative and agreed not to repeat the behavior. Mr. Baez has always been professional and cooperative in his interactions with the Orange County Corrections Department," jail spokesman Alan Moore said in a statement.

Eyewitness News confronted Jose Baez about the situation.

"I have no comment," he said.

Ugh. Now he's trying to bring in contraband to her?

This whole case is just all kinds of wrong, and it seems to just get crazier by the day.

Wow. He's a LAWYER he should know the rules when it comes to coming in contact with his client. Especially in such a high profile case like hers.

And see, they aren't going to say anything to him because it would not have been used as a weapon, but it is clear from how he hid it that he knew it was wrong and that he was breaking the law. How in the world this attorney can continue thinking he's above the law is beyond me.

all I can say to this is

It makes me wonder if there isn't some sort of not so innocent stuff happening between them. She spent so much time with him while out on bail, and now all these reports I guess it could all be totally innocent, but the way Casey has been know to go through men, well........

I really doubt George is the father. I think Lee is more likely, but still I really don't think he's the father, either. Stranger things have happened, though, and it wouldn't be the first time.

I read they had filed for bankruptcy in the spring, before Caylee went missing in the summer. That financial tension in their family added to the stress they already had with Casey stealing money from them, from Caylee's bank account, from her grandparents, etc.

So sad.

Another theory floating around out there is that GEORGE is Caylee's father. But I'm not convinced of that. I'm leaning toward Lee.

It is a rumor and I don't think that either George or Lee was Caylee's father. I don't understand why people want to throw this around when it has absolutely no basis. It is irresponsible and a slap in the face to those who have been victims of incest. Accusations of this sick crime should never be thrown around so flippantly.
The surprising thing is that people say that everything Casey says is a lie, that she's a pathological liar,etc. EXCEPT when it comes to this 1 topic! She was manipulating Jesse-which doesn't seem like a hard thing if you've seen him. Dimmest bulb in the package comes to mind.

BTW, the memorial is tentaively scheduled for February 10th at 10am

I said the same thing, why believe what she told Jesse? She also told Jesse he was Caylee's dad and we all know that was a lie.

There is also the theory that Cindy gave the jacket and socks to Baez's office and put the bracelet in the sock.
