I debated about that as well. Do you let the information flow out a few drops at a time or do you open up the taps just a little bit more and hope that it doesn't feel like you just turned on a firehose?!?!

I remember well being overwhelmed by all of the information. So I really do try to break down in small steps. After two years, I am still learning, but no longer on the outside looking in.

And that is exactly why I like to give a little at a time and let THEM ask the questions. You know they are ready for the information when they think to ask the next question.
