Continental and curbside check-in...

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if Continental still offers this service for checking luggage? I haven't flown since '01 and I'm not sure if they stopped this for safety reasons. I'm flying from Newark with an e-ticket (not sure if that infor matters ) Thanks for any help--I couldn't find any info on this on their website.

Have you checked with your local airport? It would be up to them not the airlines. Here in PIT we didn't have curbside for awhile because of the new security scanning machines.

Yes, curbside check-in is available at both Newark and MCO. We used them on our last trip, and it's a good thing we did! Somehow our seats had been switched on our flight home and our guy was able to have us switched to the bulkhead row (very convenient when you have a 2 year-old).
