We just booked the Contemporary for our trip. They didn't have a suite available as of now. We went ahead and booked a room with a MK view. Has anyone ever stayed in one and what kind of view did you have. We chose this resort after seeing several pictures. Our other choices were GF and the Poly. The Contemporary seemed to have the best view of the MK. From the Poly, we saw many photos with just the top part of the castle in view. We wanted to see the whole castle. I will continue calling the Contemporary to check to see if a suite becomes available during our vacation and then we'll just upgrade. I hope one will come available.

We stayed in the tower in 2003 and had an 11th floor MK view. We LOVED the hotel and the convienence of the monorail. The views are to die for. I would suggest asking for the highest floor that they have on the MK side. I love being able to look over into the MK (our favorite park) from our balcony. I would love to stay in that suite, but we were in a regular room.

Wow amazing! We just booked 2 Standard view rooms in the Garden Wing for our first Contemporary stay, and I might upgrade to the Tower if I can get a good rate. That suite is just beautiful! I don't imagine I'd ever be able to afford a suite at WDW, but I love seeing the pictures - thanks so much for sharing!

OP, what a fabulous upgrade! I am sure you didn't want to leave in the morning! The pictures are beautiful and I hope you don't mind, but I directed another poster here who is looking for an upscale room for her niece... the room looked pretty upscale to me! I hope you had an amazing time - those surprise upgrades are always the best!

Thanks for posting these. We booked one night in the one bedroom suite for our trip in September b/c my son is obsessed with the contemporary. The rest of our stay is at the Poly.

The room looks very nice. How many does it sleep, do you know? Is there a pull-out couch?

Those are great pictures!!! I can't wait until we can get the same view in December. We've booked a room on with an MK view and are super excited. Maybe we'll get lucky also. (fingers crossed)
