Contemporary room request?

I just switched my reservation over to Contemporary and was doing my online check-in thing, but I'm pretty confused about the room requests so maybe a CR vet could help me out. My first request was "highest floor", then when I went to pick my second request it said "Upper floor" and another that said "lower floor". Now, what is the difference between "highest floor" and "upper floor"? I picked both in hopes to get as high a room as possible, but maybe upper floor means something else? Am I missing something?

The options during Online Check In are basically useless to us. Some just don't make sense, like you are finding out. I always call our requests in and skip the room request section during Online Check In. This way we are not tied to the predetermined and limited options.

I don't think you are missing anything. The words highest and upper give them a good indication of what you are looking for. As dansdad suggests, I would call your requests in as well.

I put both, so hopefully they get the full picture lol. I might call, although having a room on a high floor is really all I care about so there may be no reason to. Thank you both for your replies.
