Contemporary Resort - Refillable Mugs?

Where does one purchase the refillable mugs at CR and where can they be refilled at CR?

They are purchased and refilled at the Contempo Cafe.

You can also refill at BLT pool.(probably regular pool too, but can't say for sure, we only went to BLT pool)

We purchased them last Novemeber at the Contemporary cafe and refilled them there and out at the pool bar at the Contemporary. Pool bar only had soda for refill.
