Contemporary Resort Question....please help

Im not sure if its okay to ask this here, but I am wondering if the CR supplies packets of coffee to brew in the room? Also should I bring coffee cups, dish soap, plastic ware and paper plates since we are ordering from wegoshop for groceries? Thank you for the help...Im new at this.

They will have "1 brew" coffee packets in the room for use with the small coffee pot there (it is enough for 2 mugs). There are also 2 mugs right by the coffee pot.
They do not supply dish soap (unless you are in a DVC room, then I think there is some supplied). Same goes for the plates and forks, etc.
When are you going?!? We will be at CR in 1 week!!!

If you plan on washing the mugs and etc after making the coffee, then you should purchase the products yourself since they don't supply those items. However I would think if Housekeepers would replace any mugs used if they saw that they were dirty.

might just buy a refillable mug at the food court. at the CR you just take an elevator down to it.

i would watch it with those coffee makers in the rooms, i heard they can be full of germs, especially the glasses or coffee cups.
may be best to bring your own or splurge and get your coffee at the coffee shop.

Nah ... it's just fine. Then again, I live dangerously .

OP, if you don't get a refillable mug you can buy a package of disposable cups for about $3. We like them because we can fill our coffee cups on the way out the door and we don't have to haul our refillable mug all over The World with us. When we're done with our coffee the cup goes in the garbage. We also bring a set of plastic "disposable" Ziplock/Glad containers that we use for cereal. Plastic cutlery can be found at any counter service restaurant location. We also pack our own coffee since the free coffee packets are about as "yummy" as the Nescafe coffee available in the snack shop/food court. One last thing, if you want to wash things in your room you can do one of two things. I *think* disposable dried cloths with detergent are still available in bigger grocery stores. I have some from Palmolive. If not, I have heard of some people who cut a sponge into pieces and then squirt some liquid soap on them and put them in a ziplock bag. I don't know how that would go over with the TSA, though.
