I just booked a Tower MK view room for our next Dec trip. I was not given the choice of Conceriege level or not. Is there concerige at CR?

Yes there is a concierge level in the CR, we're booked there in Oct.

They might have been sold out for some, or all of your dates.

If you are interested in the Club level (Concierge) call back and ask if there are rooms for that floor. On CR's club level, the MK view is by request only. You are not guaranteed it. On your room as you have it booked now you are paying for MK view and should get that view. You get either Bay Lake view or MK view with Concierge floors. The Bay Lake view is beautiful, I had it last year. I am hoping for an MK view this year, I did request it on my ressie, but I won't know until I get there. The nice thing about the Concierge floor is that if you don't get an MK view, you can still watch the MK fireworks from the lounge balcony. I usually use a TA, so I don't know how they book trips through Disney. If you called and said you wanted a Tower MK room, they may not push the Concierge floor because there is no guarantee of an MK room. I would call back soon and ask about a Concierge room if you are interested, they do fill up quickly.

We just got back Tuesday and did stay concierge! It was nice! Lots of offerings during the day and the service was phenominal!
