Contemporary Hotel Model

Have you guys seen the Contemporary Hotel model on Disney auctions.com and ebay? I have never seen anything like this before - have they ever done anything like this -

Are you talking about a model or about the Monorail accessory?

I am talking about the scale model and not the monorail accessory - the one that is up there right now. It has all the garden wings and everything.
