contemporary "deluxe" room?

I was on the WDW site last week looking at rooms provided by the contemporary and saw a room they called the "deluxe"--however they did not list a rate for this room!! It is the room with the king bed, two day beds, queen bed and sofa bed. Anyone know what it goes for? My other question is- can you rent DVC points for this room or any other room at the contemporary? Just got back from a 7 day stay in Nov. and am already making plans to go again!! My 3 year old has NOT stopped talking about it and keeps reminding me of every ride, parade, and princess we saw (cute!!) Her preschool teacher also remarked on how much she has come out of her shell (shes shy) since the trip. It really boosted her confidence and shes much better able to cope with "scaryness" We took her on every scary ride @ MK and it didnt effect her a bit!! Just warned her it was a scary one and gave her a big bear hug during the ride and she was fine-- this is normally a very intimidated kid. Who knew WDW woud be such a help with my parenting skills as well!! Thanks Mickey!

Not sure if this is what you mean...........I also heard about a deluxe room but this one was also known as the Hospitality suite in the wings of the contemp. It had either one King or two queens, one day bed, and one sisco pull out (murphy bed-queen size).............three baths, living/dinning area and kitchen, 1280 sq. ft. $820.00 per night Ask for catagory CH when making reservations. My notes are really hard to read!!!!!!!!!!or call and ask about garden dedux suite in the contemp. wings.

Cannot help on the price. As to renting DVC points for Cont., it is possible but you really don't want to do it. DVC points are best used at a DVC resort; when using them at other resorts, the point cost is very high and most often it is cheaper to just rent through Disney.
