contemporary concerige 12th14th floor rooms

Are the concerigre rooms on the 12 and 14 floor the same are the bigger with good views

The concierge rooms on the 12th floor, are about the same size as the standard rooms and same size balconys. I understand that alot of people are not as happy with the 12th floor concierge as they are with the 14th. I've checked into this alot and have found that the 14th floor have slightly larger rooms and bathrooms, plus the balconys are much bigger. And I understand the the concierge service just can't be beat. Unless I'mistaken I think this is the only conceirge that refills your fridge after it's empty with your favorite beverages, and that the food is wonderful, coming from the California Grill............lots of good stuff! When we did the 12th floor, we had the free fridge and every day it was filled with water for us.
They do stop the concierge svc at about 4 pm, but if we needed something we just had to call up to the 14th fl and they would bring it down to us.
One of these days I hope to make it to the 14th floor to stay!

Emmett, I stayed on the 12th floor during Christmas 2001. I had a lovely stay. Click here for my CR photos. I presently have a 14th floor room reserved for this Fall. If I stick with that reservation, I will report back with what I find, including photos. (I might change that reservation to the Poly or GF since I am considering a Platinum Plan vacation this time.)
