What’s the difference between “atrium” club level and just club level? Contemplating big “65” birthday treat!

Atrium is the main club level. The other one is the Tower Club, which is one floor above Atrium. Its smaller because those rooms up there are mostly suites. There are like 3 or 4 regular rooms up there but beware, the ones that say "2 queen" are actually full sized (double) beds. We stayed in one in 2018 and the beds were comically small. We had the MK view though, so we just dealt with it, even though we also got a Handicap bathroom with a roll on shower that made our whole floor wet. The lounge on that floor is smaller but the food and view is the same. It was never crowded and the service up there was very personal due to the limited number of people staying up there. The room we got was very different, decor wise, than the standard rooms. It had entirely different furnishings and color scheme. I kind of missed the layout of the regular rooms being in the Tower Club room. I'd choose an Atrium level club room next time. Beware you cannot book a specific view category for "club level" like you can with "Atrium club level."

We have only stayed Tower. Like DLgal stated, the difference is not nearly as many people on the Tower floor due to the suites, so the lounge is much, much quieter. I believe the CL offerings are/were even a little different. For firework viewing, we pretty much had the entire lounge and balcony to ourselves. There was so much food, the CMs were begging us to take more back back to our suite. This was for our our 15th anniversary several years ago. It was absolutely lovely.

Almost. There is no 13th floor. Tower Club is on the 14th floor; Atrium Club on the 12th.

So is there a 13th floor? Or do they just skip the number and move from 12 to 14? If there is an actual floor between, what's there? Inquiring minds want to know!
Thank you!

You won't find a floor numbered "13" in any high rise building in the US. It's considered bad luck. Of course, there IS always a 13th floor, but it's always called "14." Haven't you ever noticed this before?

@DLgal
"Haven't you ever noticed this before"
Evidently not, lol!
Not many "high rises" where I grew up and where I live now. And when visiting (ie NYC frequently) somewhere I can honestly say I've never really studied the elevator buttons.
Obviously you've done your elevator research!
I must just be a little ole country mouse, lol

Quick Question... I cannot find the answer, sure it's here somewhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
How can I reach CR Atrium CL concierge prior to check in? Is that possible?
TIA!
