contemp to Ft W for movies?

We are going to Chef M at 6PM, assuming we get in and done by 7;15 or so, can we make it to Ft W by 8PM for campfire sing-a-long/movies? IS best (fastest) way to take monorail to MK, then boat to FtW? Any other options?

The best way from CR to FW is by boat. There is a boat that does the FW/WL/CR loop.

However, this being said, depending on where you are staying the best way back MIGHT be to take the boat to MK and either bus or monorail from there, as long as the MK is still open.

A boat runs from the contemporary to FW. Take it from the dock behind the resort. It also goes to WL.

just circles the resorts? that's great! also once I get off the boat, where do I go to get to the campfire-movies? Do I have to catch another internal shuttle? OR is it close enough to walk (with kids)?

There is a path to follow. Just a short walk.

The best way to walk from the Marina is as follows.

Walk toward Trails End/Hoop De Doo from the Marina. Across from Trails End is golf cart parking. Walk through the golf cart parking and you will come to a wide golf cart path. Follow that path till you get to the crosswalk. Cross the road at the crosswalk, then the sidewalk splits. You can take either sidewalk. The sidewalk to the left will take you past Loop 1200 - 1300 -1400 - 1500 and you will come to a golf cart path on your right. Follow that path and it will lead you in the direction of the Campfire/Movie.

If you take the sidewalk to the right, you will pass by Loop 400 - 500 - 600, so on. You will see Meadows Trading Post and the pool to the left. The campfire is near Meadows Trading Post.

This walk on either sidewalk is just under 1/2 mile.

If you would like to take a bus, walk past Trails End/Hoop De Doo and past the petting zoo and you will see the bus stops.

Take either the Orange or Yellow bus and get off at Loop 800/900 for the Orange Bus and Loop 1500 for the Yellow bus. DO NOT take the Purple Bus, it doesn't go anywhere near Meadows.
