Contacting World of Disney

Is there a tried-and-true way of contacting the World of Disney (either at WDW or DL) to place orders? Do they even do this?

I won't be back at WDW until Dec. and I want to pre-order of Beauty and the Beast DVD (shipping in October) from a World of Disney store so I can take advantage of their free DVD offer .

Both have a mail order department you can order through. I do'nt have the numbers handy, but you can call 407.934.7639 and ask for the phone number for WDW Merchandise Guest Relations.
