How do you fax or email the room assigner at the Poly? Is it worth doing or is it better to just take what you are given? Words of advice?

Thanks
Kim

Just call 1-407-W-Disney and when the little animated voice comes on, say: "Special Request" or "Room Request," then it'll direct you to the proper agent. Give them your confirmation number, and resquest away!

My last trip, I didnt request anything, and ended up very satasfied. This coming trip, in about 3 months, I called to make a request, and everything went smoothly. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful.

Either way works. I would suggest you look at a map of where you're going to be staying (the hotel) and then decide where in that hotel you want to stay, then call and make the request.

Have fun!

Is there a way to contact via email or fax? I don't want to sit on the phone waiting.
Thanks!

Not that I know of. But honestly, the whole call when I made it took less than 10 minutes. Its the fastest and easiest way, IMO. :thumbsup2

Best thing is to have your request added to your reservation, there is no way to e-mail them and it's a mix whether the resorts pay attention to faxes or just put them in the circular file because they just get too many of them...

You need to call as the PP stated to have that done.
