I know this has been asked before; but I cannot, for the life of me, find a thread pertaining to it. We had experienced some wonderful customer service when we checked into the Contemporary Tower a few weeks ago. We received an upgrade from a Bay Lake View to a Theme Park View that, unexpectedly to them, we did not want. (We much prefer the Bay Lake view.) Jo Jo and Josemaria at the check in desk went out of their way to ensure we got the view that we desired. And now I want to drop an email to the powers-that-be to let them know of this extra effort from these two Cast Members. How would I go about doing that? Thanks!:thumbsup2

Go to the hotel's link on Disney's website and go to the contact section. I had the same experience at Beach Club in Jan. and got an e-mail responce the next day!! :)

I did the same. A few years ago I got very sick and there was tons of pixie dust. I went to the website and got a personnel phone call. So cool.
