Contacting disney

Hello
I have booked my holiday with a travel agent but was wondering if I can contact disney directly about our booking? There was a mistake made by our travel agent and although they say they have rectified it for my peace of mind I would like to be able to confirm it with disney direct. Will they have my booking details?

I know with the hotel that generally your details only actually get sent to Disney a few days before you go. So if it's any earlier than than that then I don't believe they'll be able to assist you and will instead direct you back to your Travel Agent.

If it wasn't a hotel query, you might be best placed to just give them a call and see.

If that doesn't work, direct your travel agent to get written confirmation from Disney and email/ fax it to you.
