Has anyone else had trouble sending an e-mail? I'm using the e-mail address at the bottom of this page under "Contact Us". I sent an e-mail about a week and a half ago and then again a few days ago but I haven't received a response.

As for your question I have not tried to e-mail support.

You can send an email to forward@wdwinfo.com. There are several people who monitor that account.
