No, you do not need to be paid in full. The letter includes a Planning Calendar that gives you time frames for when you can start booking your shore excursions, spa, and Palo reservations IF your final payment has been made.

The letter was dated July 5 and the final payment was due Sept 3. We made our final payment sometime in August.

Gee, it's a good thing I was looking in envelopes before ripping them up and tossing them out!

We have 3 parties sailing together in Dec - one CC and suite, one CC, and one first timer. We all received a mailing in the past 2 weeks with a packet/pamphlet containing a synopsis of the excursions, items available to pre-order for staterooms, etc., and it had what looked like a form letter with it that I largely ignored. When I took a better look, it had the date we could do our on-line ressies for excursions/Palo/spa, etc., date final payment was due, and date of sailing. It also had an 877 number we could call as a "suite" guest, so I'm assuming that is a number to Jamira, although the numbers posted here before were a Florida 407 number.
 
The letter comes with the pre-cruise packet that is sent out about shore excursions etc. So its easy to miss. I noticed the number because I received 2 packets. One from when I was in a cat 7, and then another for when I upgraded to the cat 3. Funny thing is I received them on the same day!

I've worked with Jamira, and she is absolutely wonderful! And yes, she was able to get us moved to Main Dining. I think the evening just flows so much better when you get to eat first and then do the shows.

May I just say :thanks: for posting this??!! I have been hoping someone could confirm the possibility of switching our dining times!
 
She was also able to book the Parasailing Excursions at Castaway Cay for us, even though they are still showing non available on the website!:banana:
 
Foirgive me if this was already posted...They certainly do send a letter prior to sailing. We are traveling in 17 days and received our letter in April.

I contacted the Concierge staff the other day. We were able to pre-order cases of water (yes pleural, there are 16 of us total) to have in the room instead of doing it when we arrive. I also made a request for a certain champagne (that wasn't on any of their lists) to be delivered to our dinner at Palo. The service was great and I would expect it to continue.

We have traveled with the concierge team before and this is the first time we've ever called ahead to place requests.

Just some thoughts.
