Construction BWI and AKL?

Hi, I'm doing a split stay and have just received emails advising of construction at both resorts; does anyone know just how bad this might be? I spend a good deal of time at the resorts and also need a gym. We are scheduled to leave in 10 days. Thank you.

We were at BWI the first week of this month. We saw some exterior painting going on over on the DVC side. They seemed to do what they needed to do and moved on quickly. As an example, they were painting around the community hall when we walked over to HS, and when we came back about an hour later, they were gone. We spent a considerable amount of time on our balcony on the BWI side, which faced inward towards the courtyard. We saw many construction workers walking around the grounds. There seemed to be some renovation work being done on one of the cottage units. There are also construction walls up around the Flying Fish restaurant.

We never felt inconvenienced in any way nor were we disturbed by any construction or maintenance noises. My husband used the gym every day.
