Considering split stay----how difficult to get these restaurants?

Hello,

We will be staying at WDW for 10 nights, arriving 1/31. Our kids would really love to do a split stay (probably with Yacht Club and AKL, exact details TBD).

My concern is dining reservation availability for popular character meals and Space 220. About how deep into the 60+ reservation window do you need to be to usually get the following restaurants for lunch/dinner?

BOG
CRT
Garden Grill
Storybook Dining at Artist Point
Akershus (realize these last two aren't open yet)
Space 220 (best guesstimate)
