Considering points for 4/28-5/7, 2006

We are thinking of renting a 3BR villa from 4/28-5/7, 2006. We have 4 adults and 2 kids who will be there the whole time. On Tues eve we will be joined by 2 more adults and 1 child. How many points would we need, how much will this cost, and is this a good way to go? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as we have never done this before!

That's a lot of research. Your vacation time starts in Magic season & ends in Dream. This is what a 3 bedroom looks like in terms of points:

I think it's cheaper to get the smallest size to accomodate your group, even when it means having multiple units.
