Considering DVC

I am a FL native and have lived here all my life. We are seriously considering a purchase with DVC. Frankly, I am a bit overwhelmed and would like some help with our decision.

I see all this talk about SSR and the benefits. I have not had the chance to tour there, but it looks nice. I am mainly interested in OKW, BCV, BWV and VWL. We are going to WDW on 03/19, so we may tour. When I spoke to our rep, she mentioned a price hike on 04/01, so we might need to make our decision soon. Who knows? It might be a sales tactic. So, do you have any advice?

my guide told me the price is going up to $101 on april 1st. Right now they are $98 but they have $8 off now so you can buy in for $90 per point. You have to buy a minimum of 150 points so it would be $13500 for 150 points. I'm not sure if the $8 off will continue after the price increase.

You can also purchase resale. I just purchased another 50 points at OKW for $72.00 per point. Check out www.atimeshare.com.
