If anyone here is contemplating booking a Disney cruise as a solo traveler, please check out this thread here on the Dis.

We are hoping to get as many solos (traveling solo, not necessarily "single") on this cruise as possible. So if you've been hesitant to sail solo but would like to try it, you wouldn't be "all alone" on this one! This is an excellent idea! (and obviously I'm already going)

For those who have wanted to try cruising but don't know others who can or want to go - this is a perfect way to go solo without being totally on your own. Also good for those who love sailing solo and have done it before.

That's a great idea for those who want to go on a Fantasy cruise. However, the least expensive inside (11C) on February 23, 2013 is $2062.97 for a single! Have fun!

NancyIL - True. However, I expect they will end up lowering some prices or offering some IGT, OGT, VGT rates closer to sailing. I don't think the ship will fill at current pricing.

Holly and I had each booked separate Cat. V's, switching sail dates a couple of times before deciding firmly on this one. For the Jan. 5th one we just moved from, the day after we switched I noticed they upped the price on that one by over $500 (single) for the Cat. V.

DCL plays with their pricing a lot!
