Considering a VIP guide just before Christmas

It looks like in Dec (at least last year) there was a 10 PM MSEP and 11 Wishes. Can anyone confirm?
That way we could do Fantasmic at 7, Illuminations at 9, MSEP at 10 and Wishes at 11.
When (and where) are SW fireworks?

I have not (and never would) done a VIP tour, but I was in the parks these same dates last year, and Wishes was early, 8 pm. Illuminations was later than usual, as Epcot closed at 10:30 every night. (I beleive that is when Illuminations was.) the crowds were not terrible at these times, either. They did not become intense until after Christmas.
