Ok ok...so I'm going to try and sneak this in here and mayyyybe no one will notice, but then at some point I can reference this and say, hey remember that one time I did mention it... I've got mixed feelings on Palin. I mean, there's part of me that really likes her, but I really don't think she should run in 2012. I think there's a lot of other really strong Republicans. I like her in general, and I liked her as a VP candidate, but I don't feel strongly for her being the Pres candidate. And honestly, doesn't she have a state to run?? Why has she been doing all these interviews lately?

I agree. I think she's too damaged to be effective.

But she's very "stylish," you know. She'll single-handedly bring back the ailing interior decorating industry. I'm picturing the prime time TV special a la Jackie Kennedy, only instead of the soft-spoken, timid Jackie it'll be the snarling, hostile Michelle.

you're not alone. i think sara is wonderful, and she is doing a real whiz bang job taking care of alaska! i do not think she is presidential material (not for a while anyway), and it would be a tremendous mistake to try v.p. again. i'd like to see jindal move up, but i'm not sure he'd be ready for 2012, and i'd like to see him on a ticket with pence.

Nope, but not because I'm intentionally avoiding it. It's my birthday and my Mom is coming in from out of state for a visit. I can catch the highlights some other time.

I think someone needs to tell the liberal media that Palin is allowed to be on shows that aren't going to try and shoot poison blowdarts at her or try and make her look stupid.

In all fairness, I kinda was kinda eggin' them on in those threads.......pretty simple to do.....apparently, all you have to do is disagree with 'em (oh, and be all kinds of smart-alecky)......


I think we need to tell the media nothing.....let them continue their attacks on Sarah Palin and her family. The double-standard is so over the top when compared to their treatment of the Obama family, I can't see it helping their circulation at all. Look at the major media companies and their stock price......they are tanking big time. I think they need to double-down on Gov Palin.....and lose even more money.....

Then the Federal Govt can step in and bail them out and their destruction will be assured....

if he meant it, the first part was sweet. the rest not necessary.

the letters other presidents have written to their children were much more personal messages. i didn't care for the parts which sounded like a campaign speech, but the first part is cute and i hope his little girls enjoy it.

It's too much fun, and they break the first rule in dealing with the opponent is to never show them your weak spot. Mwahahahahaha!! Now it's just a matter of agitate, rinse and repeat.

we are not bitter, nor are we angry. you all look quite ridiculous to us, defending the cost of the inauguration, drooling over the scrawny president elect, and still not seeing the truth about the lack of change, the clowns being added to the cabinet day by day, and the contitutional violations.

we're having fun. yes, it is at your expense, but you don't seem to realize it so no harm done.
