I ran into an OS at lunch in Burger King today. He was a loud talker and was sitting at the table behind me and discussing the usual about how brilliant 'The One' is. What got me the most is how he had the solution to all our economic woes. You see...all you have to do is get rid of all the Churches in the country because they are taking money away from the Government. This is because people get a tax deduction when they give to Churches and this is "taking the Government's money away". If the Government wasn't "getting cheated" by the churches....they would be in fine shape.

Of course he was okay in ripping off BK by explaining to me how to cheat the survey that you take on your receipt in order to get a free Whopper.

How can you even talk about an issue with someone like him? Your head wants to explode when they explain their so called logic. It is a waste of time even arguing with people like him since you will not change their irrational mind and all you will get is frustration on you part.

Frustration in addition to one heck of a migraine. I've noticed the OS in public places are all loud and pushy in their discussion of HIM. It's sickening.

Yes, I checked today's show and it was Mark Davis. I like these guys, especially since I am not in their local markets to hear them more often. But, I love Rush and have benefited from being a faithful dittohead in many a debate. May God grant him a speedy recovery!

I did get it spotless, but then the kids woke up. Darn kids.

Here's a pic of the dress except mine is the full-length version.

I have that exact dress, but it's longer. Same color too. I had a sash that went around my shoulders. I loved that dress.

BTW - Anyone else see the anti-Catholic post on the podcast board? It has lasted for two pages! I think I may have put a stop to it. I studied a couple of years in the seminary for the priesthood, just so none of you take me seriously regarding my response on it.

Heck no. It's their thread - I would never bother them on their thread as I would hope they would not bother us on ours.

I've been babysitting all day and then DD and I went to a quilting class. It was so much fun!

I was fueling up my car this morning and a guy was fueling his truck on the other side of my pump. A car pulled out in front of him (his side) that had an Obama/Biden sticker on it and he said under his breath, "another >>>hole for my change". I burst out laughing and he said, "Sorry, Ma'am - didn't think you could hear me" and I told him that I agreed with him. It was funny.
