Humphrey Bear, I just finished reading The Christmas Sweater. Darn, he made me cry. Great story!

I know, I really liked it and yes I'll admit it....I am a guy ....and it made me cry. A little anyway.....maybe just a misty eye or two....I think it might have been a stray eyelash or something.....





My family will get to see Glenn in a couple of weeks when he brings The Christmas Sweater to town. My wife hasn't read it yet, so I am going to make sure I bring some tissues along.

They are showing it in movie theaters all over the country on Dec 17 & 18 for the people that couldn't make it to a live show. I saw his summer show live and then again in the theater with my son and it really was almost as good as being there and was a lot cheaper! Here is the page for ticket info:

speaking of which... did you (wardfamily) see the winter storm warning that popped up this afternoon for tomorrow? Where did that come from? (I mean, I KNOW where it is coming from, but hadn't heard a word until weatherbug chirped off this afternoon!)

It is a great story based on his own childhood experiences, so if you love Glenn it makes it even even more touching.

We'll be at Pop.

We bought DVC several years ago and now that we have 5 grandkids, we're glad we did. We love bringing them to WDW during the Christmas season each year. We even let their parents come along (if they behave themselves!)

I've never stayed at Pop but I know there are die hard fans on the DIS. We used to stay at Port Orleans (I guess it's French Quarter now). I loved it there. It was always nice and quiet.

No I didn't. I checked the weather channel website today but I only checked the extended forecast for Orlando. My mind is already in WDW.
