Nope. Just looking for the picture. Breezy had some crazy post earlier about losing her bat signal so I was just teasing her. I assumed she was joking about the picture - weren't you, Breezy?

You know, that whole Palin baitfest/bashfest (part 50 or so) is really annoying me. So many people on that thread are just expressing this attitude that I hate in people; that blue collar, "normal" people, and/or people who hunt,fish, farm, etc., are just stupid and beneath them. I sometimes wish that middle America and Alaska would just refuse to send their crops and harvests (inc fish, etc) into place like NYC, DC, etc., and politely invite them all to eat their masters/doctoral/legal degrees and their fancy suits for dinner. Cuz you know..stoopid mite be contajus. Maybe if yoo eat are fud it will turn yoo stoopid. Yoo should just make yor own fud for smart peeple.

I'm popping in for a moment, but seriously... what's up with the upset over the turkey video? Her office, I think it was, already put out a statement that said Gov. Palin had no idea what was happening behind her, and that's why she didn't ask the camera crew to move. Apparently they even asked after the fact to please edit that part of the view out so it wouldn't upset anyone. I mean, honestly. I don't get why this is a big deal, even to the extent of MSNBC making it breaking news the other day.

You mean this story is real? I thought it was only a joke. (Haven't been out on the CB at all and too busy painting to actually watch the news). Should I pop some corn?

I'm back from the CB, freshly showered and everything....

but, I saw that post about MO's parents being too poor for her to get braces and even uninformed me knew that wasn't true. Isn't it troubling that the OS know so little about their beloved ones?

Yeah, and I do think there is some 'white guilt/racism' going on there, too I guess if more people knew that there were people of ALL races succeeding here in RAAACCCIISSTTT America, H would have received far fewer votes.

Yeah, and I didn't bother asking what her excuse was after she had a nice fancy Ivy League degree and her daughters were in $10,000 ballet lessons. I'm sure her parents taught her to budget, I bet she could have eeked out the braces. Not to mention....hey wait we're blue collar and somehow my husband managed to support five or us on under $50,000 a year and pay for my daughter to have braces. Really, I don't care about Michelle's horse mouth. The ugliest thing about her is her attitude, and you can't buy a fix for that.
