Hi everyone! I was technically supposed to work today, but I called in sick. I AM sick. I have a sore throat, headache, all-over ache.... plus I only got four hours of sleep last night. Can somebody tell me when Obama got his own tv show. I mean, the man is on the tube ALMOST EVERYDAY...and during prime time! I am sick of him. I can't decide what mental issues he has...but,I believe them to be numerous. Would somebody get him off the screen?

My MIL is a life long dem. She USED to love Obama. Now, she doesn't even like him that much. She was telling me what he is TRYING to do but, she doesn't believe it will work. She thinks they are spending too much money and should leave things alone!! I've tried to tell her...very gently....that the democratic party has changed. She thinks she's a lib but is a moderate that leans conservative.

Can we survive this nightmare?

I've seen alot of former OS turning on him already. My best friend voted for him and now she hates him. I was talking to a girl at work a few days ago, an African American co-worker of mine, who said she is so sick of everything he does, from his first flight on Air Force One and everything in between, that she could scream. She said it's nice to have a new president, but enough is enough.

Plus, SD, the leadership of Iran is CRAZY. You can't negotiate with crazy. The man is INSANE.

So I am watching this yawn fest and have one thought.....Can he even answer a darn question?

I had the privilege of sitting through said drivel on my break at work last night. No sense in switching the channel- I either got BO or a Spanish network- neither I could understand.

I can totally hear Glenn saying that if he was covering some BO blah-fest on TV. I can just hear it now.... oh gosh.

The love fest is in full bloom tonight on the "Enough already thread." They are so happy to have a pres that can speak intelligently. If me and my children weren't going to have to pay for it I'd hope they got exactly what he wants for them.

Intelligently my butt. My redneck grandparents who butcher the English language (these are my dad's parents- I see where he gets his language butchering from) coul get up there and sound a million times more intelligent than Obama. His UMMMMs and AHHHHs make him sound slow and stupid.

I do have to say that I got a call from my brother and his wife after the snooze fest ended. They were big Obama supporters, but now....not so much. They are tired of hearing about him and the more he talks, the more they tune him out. They said that they really made a mistake voting for him and apologized for giving me so much crap about my hate for the man.

Judge Napolitano was on Glenn's show tonight and said that this Congress is going to pass legislation to give Washington D.C. two Senators and one Congressman. He said that the Republicans will go along with this, even though DC would vote democrat each time, because the Republicans will get an extra seat in Utah.

This is against the Constitution as only states can send reps, but these sleazebags are going to do it anyway. It just keeps getting better and better.

I agree. I wasn't a huge fan of GWB, but I felt safe with him in office. Now that Mr. Perfect is in, I just keep waiting for something bad to happen. I know I would have felt much safer even with McCain in office, since he's had a whole lot more experience that BO.

I want to know that too. I doubt any of Mississippi's senators voted for it (we might be called dumb but we're very smart when it comes to politics- we ARE a red state, after all ), but I'd like to know for sure.

My Obama lovin' cousin just sent me an email. She said that she's not quite ready to tell me that I was right and she was wrong, but she definitely is disappointed with how Obama is manipulating people and it's not the sort of change she had hoped for. She is young and idealistic, and there are things in life we just have to learn through experience. She is a good kid and I sort of feel bad that she is finding out how cheap words are, but it's best not to be so easily disillusioned.
