Eh, there's no point in me doing that as I am from the great state of Illinois. Do you honestly think that Dick Durbin would actually listen to me? As to the new guy Roland Burris, he's a pushover and will vote whatever way Durbin tells him too. That said, I already did even though I knew it was futile.

I have better luck, I suppose, hitting up my congressman, though he voted for it already.

Wow. Just...wow. I'm appalled that they think parents shouldn't have rights to their own children. That sounds like Nazi Germany where they'd take the kids from German citizens and raise them.

If you go to the website about that treaty, they basically say children should have a say in government and vote. Because a six year old really has the comprehension of complex political issues.

not sure that it would help me either.....Arnold is waiting for money to support Cale-fornia...he is sending out IOU's to people that will be getting refunds until he gets the money needed in the package.

I voted for Arnold...first Republican I ever voted for...McCain was my second. They were both on the side of fiscal responsibility....Arnold had a hard time with that and all the Dem's around him.

Sometimes i think i could do a better job than these people in the Whitehouse.

I called both senators and a rep. One senator's line just kept ringing and finally someone answered it. I told her that I wanted said senator to vote no on stimulus bill because it was nothing but pork spending and useless government intrusion programs. She was silent for a moment and then said, "Okay. I'll pass along the message."
I tried to leave a message on the second senator's voicemail but it was full. I only dream full of people who have said NO!
I also left a message for the rep; he happens to be an R. The sens are D's, of course.

Ya know I've been thinking.....have ya noticed ....how the OS are always stating how Obama is the different one....would never do what Bush or others have done....and when we say something about Obama that Obama has done they always say...

Well Bush did the same thing.....and that seemed okay with you....dont they realize that they are saying that Obama has done the same wrong that they feel Bush did

do you understand what I'm trying to say? They cant come to say that Obama did the same thing that Bush or other politicians have done so instead they throw a spin on it by saying ...well seemed okay with you when Bush or so on did it....

do they not hear themselves talking? when we make posts around the treads about stuff that is clear and factual about Obama like for instance the Fear mongering....instead of just admitting it is just that, they say things like...

Well Chaney made a similar comment yesterday....why would they compare Obama to something that someone else did that was the same that they despise?

Am i making sense to what I am trying to get across here?

Oh my gosh. Watching CNN and they have breaking news. Obama is on his first flight on Air Force On. What is so newsworthly about this?? He is on his wayto Kingmill Resort in Wiliamsburg. (partially on taxpayers dollars) Nice place, I have stayed there twice. Can this man be more vain???
