That's Brett Tucker, he's in the tv show the Saddle Club on Discovery Kids. He's an Australian. To take a line from Glenn Beck, "Isn't he dreamy?" He's also done other movies and TV shows over there and here.

Hey wonder, what are thoughts on the cali mayors begging the fed to bypass the state with the stimulus funds, and give it directly to them??

i'd prefer they not give california anything. if people would snap out of their "gimme" lifestyle and do something to help themselves, we wouldn't need it. they need to cut the stupid programs first. then we just need to get smarter people to live here.

in the november election, the fidiots of this state voted in favor of an initiative to build a high-speed train...s.f. to l.a. we don't need that. we certainly don't need it if we're going to be bankrupt in a few days. but no...we're gonna be paying $9B in pre-construction costs for that stupid thing.

as for the mayors getting the money directly? we've got stupid gavin newsome in s.f.; that should be enough to not give the money directly to the mayors, just to prevent him from getting his greedy little hands on any of it. it COULD have been a good idea if we didn't already know how the money would be spent. at least arnold is interested in cutting the garbage out of spending here.
