Anyone watching the CNN Compassion Forum?? The first 45 minutes was with Hillary, and she seemed comfortable and composed in her answers. I thought Obama started out rather hesitant and stumbling over his words. He seems to be finding his stride now, but I still don't get how some view him as some magnificent orator. BTW, I notice a lot about his body language, and the more confident he becomes, the more arrogant he appears. Of course my opinion is meaningless based on the fact that I "was never going to vote for him anyway".

I agree with people who say polls mean nothing right now, BUT Rasmussen who has been the most dead on polster has up how McCain does against Clinton or Obama (warning dont open if your a liberal, not good news)

I used to think Carter was a humble man. The older he gets, the more full of himself he seems to become.

Good evening friends and patriots. I thought I'd troll aorund the boards for a bit, glad I did so I could see find this new thread. I'll subscribe and be up to date.

Meanwhile, in case anyone is interested, we're holding out OK here in small-town America today. Sure, we're still clinging to religion, and some may even be gun owners, but I think we're gonna be OK. Could somebody get a memo to the Obama campaign?

I noticed in the PM that you carbon copied to others, that you sent it to Zip-A-Dee-Do-Da, and I had to chuckle wondering what they would make of it.

I heard something the other day about how he seems to be very arrogant behind the scenes. Perhaps this "savior of America" thing has gone to his head.

Not a new DIS'er, but new to this thread....
I was raised by my grandfather who was a Proud WWII Marine veteran and a proud American who loved his country and he raised me to be the same way. I know I've made some other DIS'ers miffed by some of my comments, but I get very upset when people want to ruin the sovereignty of our great country.
I see this is the second chapter, and with the elections coming up this year, I'd like to subscribe to this thread to hear your points of view
