Connections Park TIckets good deal?

Below are the prices for different Theme park tickets at Connections. Does anyone know if these are good prices or if I can find better ones elsewhere? My 30 day trial period is ticking away and I want to make my decisions soon.

I became a member of Connections last year and primarily stayed a member only to purchase Disney (and related theme park) tickets and meal vouchers whenever we went to Disney World. We purchased Universal passes 3x and found that they saved us either between 10% or 15% (I forgot the exact amount). When we didn't get our Disney passes included with our trip, we purchased our park passes through Connections, and again saved between 10 to 15%. I could not find any better deals searching the internet, and even when we saved $4-5 dollars on the closest price found, it still added up to a significant savings when you're purchasing mutiple passes. I'd also recommend purchasing the Disney Quick and Casual Lunch and Dinner vouchers also at 11.25 a piece. We'll be in Disney in Oct 03, and I plan on purchasing a few meal vouchers before our trip. One final note, I'd trust Connections (even though I double-check that they billed me correctly for my purchases), more than some internet store selling Disney park passes; and you also get them shipped to you within 2-3 days.

Universal website has a pass good for 5 consecutive days for about $90 or an annual pass (with black out dates check first) for about $110. I think both are better deals than Connections.

universalorlando.com has a mastercard deal going on right now. I got 4 adult passes for 5 consecutive days @ $89.95 per ticket and recieved the 5th one free. It really is a great deal.

Paramount has a 7 day, 4 plus hopper that includes a breakfast voucher for $301. For my family, that's the best deal. There is a $15.00 shipping charge per order.

I purchased quick meal vouchers and 5day hopper+ and Sea World tickets and left off the U/IOA. I'm not sure my budget wants to support U/IOA this trip anyway

Until today, I had no problems with anything I ordered from Connections... but WATCH OUT for their billing practices.

Lots of people on these boards had issues with being double-billed... and the renewal rate is ASTRONOMICAL!!!

I paid $99.95 for my membership last year in October and they just hit my credit card for $149.99 for a renewal. I just spoke with their reps and said.. it shouldn't be renewing until mid-October. He said, "No... your membership (what was supposed to be the trial I paid $1 for) started in Sept." After not getting anywhere on that argument, I said "well... even if my membership did start in Sept... why are you billing me now?" to which they answered some song & dance about 'getting the renewal memberships "READY" for the next year' - WHAT??!

So, then my 'renewal' starts in Aug? I ask... Yes, he said. Well, doesn't that seem like I'm getting ripped off by at least a month? "Ma'm that's they way they renew"

Now I wish I had purchased those Q&C's in July!

I hope you get your money's worth from that renewal. Sounds like the sorts of head aches I've encountered with cellular phone contracts.

I don't recall how I came to do the trial membership, maybe it was an email from MyPoints, but my membership is supposed to be $7.75 per month? Maybe I misread something. I'm cancelling my free membership by the end of the second week so they better not mess with me

I'm really sorry to hear they pulled a fast one on you. Maybe that's how they fund their discounts-- by stealing from their patrons? Yikes
