I was browsing Ebay looking for deals for Connections vouchers ( which of course I didn't find because silly people pay more for Connections vouchers then they are worth.) Anyways I stumbled on an auction where the person is selling the just the link to the Connections site. Who would pay for this???? Now I have seen it all on Ebay LOL!

Yeah! I guess P. T. Barnum had it right! (There's one born every minute).

If I understand correctly, selling links is against ebay rules. If they find it, they'll remove that auction from their site.

Wow, amazing! I belong to connections and can't beleive people pay over the going rate for the vouchers. Guess to each his own!

Hi there...

I saw somwthing like this a few weeks ago.. the seller said "He had done all the legwork for you" Just send 4.99 + 2.50 shipping and handleing and he will send you the secret to getting meal vouchers for 11.25 so you can sell them on eBay and make 20.00 + per voucher.. or save money on your next trip by using them yourself.

I couldn't beleive it! I wrote the seller and told him if I saw anyone bid I would send the the info for free!

He was non too pleased and threatened to report me to eBay for auction interference....

like I'm reallly scared of that.:p

>>^..^<<

I saw one Bozo saying he'd made over $3000 selling Connections vouchers on ebay. It was probably true, but I don't know how he can sleep at night after cheating people this way!

lol, I have to laugh at this too! when I saw the one post about info I played dumb and asked the seller a question regarding what excatly he was selling. He told me that he was selling the web addy. I replied "oh you mean www.connections123.com? he didn't answer me. Soooo... what did I do? I notified the bidders that this was bull**** and gave them the info. I noticed now that he has gotten smart and made it a private auction. I look at the auctions and I bid what they are worth plus $1-$2 over and that's it.....I couldn't in good consience sell them for double what they are worth but then again I'm not sitting on tons of about to expire vouchers either.

I noticed this too. People are paying up to $20 for the Q&C vouchers...Are they crazy. You could purchase your lunch for that price.

I bought some vouchers on E-Bay that expire 5/03 and paid more than I should but we're staying at BC and my grandson wanted to try the "Kitchen Sink". This is excluded on the new vouchers that expire in 2004. I also bought some from Connections for $11.25.

Don't understand why connections doesn't try to stop the reselling of the vouchers for extra money..isn't that scalping tickets! Its illegal in MA to do it.

I, too, was soooo angry when I saw these people on ebay auctioning the website that I reported all I saw to ebay (since it is illegal to do this). Unfortunately, ebay did nothing!!! I would love to auction the site for free, but how often can you keep doing this? In the end, those people will still win out. Oh well.....

I about flipped when I saw the link being auctioned. I called connections to report it. I don't know if it will do any good, but boy do I feel better:D

1. If Connections realizes peple are selling their vouchers for a LOT more on ebay, wouldn't they be tempted to raise the prices?
2. Could it be Connections or their employees are selling the vouchers on ebay?

I have a trip planned, for which I would like to buy these vouchers (for the first time). I hope these ebay people don't mess it up due to Connections changing their pricing/methods or Disney not allowing them to be sold at all to the general public without a package... Oh well.....

Here's an option from a flag-waving defender of justice AND ebay queen. You can list an auction and title it similar to this guy's titles only call it "INFO" and say plus free bonus! I haven't looked up these auctions but you might call it, "Q & C Meal Voucher- INFO plus bonus!"Then..in the auction you say "Here's the INFO you need to buy these vouchers at the proper cost-www.connection123.com or whatever it is. I just hate to see people ripped off by scam artists. However, if anyone places a bid on this auction, you will recieve this cute little Disney ballpoint pen" or some other token thing. You have to actually be selling an item that you will ship if someone gives you a bid.

I've seen these vouchers going for 10 times their value. Think of all the restaurants they could eat in for the money they spend.
