Connections and restricted meal choices?

I just ordered Connections meal vouchers. I am a little confused but hopeful...

Can I go to the Pepper Market with a Q&C voucher and order ANY entree, in particular the ribeye steak meal ($16.95) plus a drink and dessert>>>>>all for $11.00???

OR, are there certain items that cannot be ordered?

Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to show up and be embarassed.

Same thing with the Kingdom Lunch Vouchers. Some of those lunch entrees range in the 20s (Concourse Steakhouse, 16 oz. T-bone at $23.99) plus appetizer, dessert, and drink.

As far as I know, the only restrictions are the ones listed on the coupons - no alcoholic or frozen beverages is actually the only one I can remember!

You can order the most expensive items, that much I am sure of. At the concourse steakhouse we had the ribeye (or whatever the big steak is) & a filet, 2 appetizers, 2 side dishes (veggies), 2 drinks, and 2 desserts. We were also allowed to get coffee with our desserts at no additional charge, but I would guess this varies from server to server. Ours encouraged us to order a lot, I assume because it increased the tip. We had good service there

Beachs & Cream at the Beach club resort is also a good place for the $11 vouchers

Last January DH and I used two Q&C vouchers at Pepper Market. We each ordered rib eye steak with mashed potatoes (wonderful) and grilled veggies. We each also had some kind of a frozen drink and dessert. Total came to around $55 which included tax and and 10% tip which is tacked onto your bill, and we just took receipt up to cashier along with our two vouchers and went on our merry way!

We also had lunch at Concourse Steakhouse with Magic Kingdom lunch voucher. We split a meal (steak) and ordered one extra salad. If I remember correctly, I also ordered a frozen drink here, too. I think it depends on your server. Just ask before you order.

Also used Q&C vouchers at Beaches & Cream twice. Man server was nicer than lady server. He split our burger and put it on two plates, poured milkshake in two glasses, etc. With lady server, we had to split food ourselves and ask for extra plates, glasses, etc. No big deal, though.

Our experience was it depended on who your server was. We were using the Vacation Kingdom vouchers at Concourse Steak House and the server refused my Mother bottled water as her only drink.
A couple days later, my sister and her family went and could order frozen drinks (and the vouchers we used actually said no frozen drinks).

We never had any trouble with our choice of entrees.

We were at WDW for 10 days. For the most part, the vouchers worked well, but we didn't like all the variance in the process. ( I estimate we saved about $130 using the vouchers which is pretty good!)

Thanks for the info. I just found it surprising that we could use the Q&C vouchers for such $$ choices. Glad, though.

We ordered several of each voucher so that we could save some cash and it helps us to prepay that sort of stuff. I am really looking forward to trying them out.

You can learn about Connections on Mary's site www.mousesavers.com. You need to join (some do for a trial period and then cancel) and can order vouchers online or over the phone. I just ordered more Q&C vouchers; I like to prepay meals. We've used them at Pepper Market, and Beaches and Cream to save money too.
