connecting rooms at POP??

What is the liklyhood that if I request connecting rooms I will not get them? I have a package booked for me, and my 2 sons, they are 12 and 15. They do not like to share a bed. So any time we go anywhere one sleeps on the floor. This trip we will be at WDW for 9 nights. I think it would be great to have enough beds and 2 tvs and baths. with the room only rate I concidered booking a second room.

I can check in and if they can not give me connecting room I can cancel the second room. But I will lose one nights deposit. I just don't want to throw money away. But my kids can not stay in a room by theirselves. Has any one had this problem before??

I will be going Sept. 5-14th. Package is paid for. I was just looking at adding a second room at the room only rate. I think right now it is $65 per night plus tax. I only have 3 people so a second room is not a requirement. I just thought it might be nice. But like I said I will not let my child stay in a room that does not connect.


Has anyone requested a connecting room and not received it?

If it is one adult and 2 children, you would get the connecting rooms. I booked me and my 2 kids (10 and 14) and my sister and her daughter (16) and requested 2 connecting rooms. Got it! They would not separate an adult from 2 kids anyway.

We have also been told that they will not leave children alone in the room. I have reserved 2 rooms at Pop for Sept. for 4 children and 2 adults. I am hoping that they will make them adjourning. Keeping my fingers crossed.

If you really asked for adjoining rooms, then you need to call back and ask for connecting rooms. Adjoining means they may be near each other -- even two or three doors away -- and connecting means just that -- they are connected by an inner door.

Just don't want you to be disappointed.
