Connect your Disney account question

Hi, I logged into the disney cruise sight-all 3 of us are on the reservation. There is a link that says " Connect your disney account" on the drop down menu, my name isn't listed, just my husband and son, yet I am listed on the reservation. I can't choose my husband, for when I do a message comes up that the dob's don't match-any suggestions?

Do your husband and son have their own DCL accounts (same credentials as for MDE & DVC)? If they do, have they logged on to their DCL account and linked the cruise reservation?

I don't think it would ever occur to my husband to do that, lol! We all use the same credentials. My DH or son wouldn't have done that, I'm not sure if he's even logged into the Cruise app yet-

Does he have an ESPN account for like march madness or anything like that? Or your son? They're the same credentials. (or hulu or anything like that in the Disney portfolio)

Pre-cruise, only the DCL accounts to which the cruise reservation has been linked to can manage plans (excursions, adult dining, etc.) and complete the on-line check in process.

While on the ship, every one logs on to the DCL app using their name, birth date and stateroom number (instead of a user id and password).
